Well, at least I got one day in...
So... I *don't* get to work 2.5 days this week after all... but I did work yesterday. And it was fun. I hired 2 people. Hiring people can be fun. Sometimes.
I bought a printer last night... actually Mom & Dad bought cause they paid me back for it. I'm going to work on scanning all of their old slides and printing them out. I have a suspicion that this particular printer was actually an "open item" that they forgot to put a sticker on.. but it works, so I guess it's not too horrible.
Have I mentioned that, since moving back to KC, no less than *five* people have told me that "there's someone I know that I'd like to set you up with."?
No, that's not complaining your hearing in my voice... but it was out of the ordinary for me.

"But it was still disturbing... and not the natural order of things, and do you think it will happen again? 'Cause...[Xander is cut off by Giles breaking into song]"

And did you see I have a new reader?! Say hi to Lindsey, everyone. :-) (Lindsey being one of only two people to actually leave a comment on this site.)
I figured that the 2004 email might generate a few responses, even if it were just a few chuckles.
(If it made you laugh, then dammit, let me know!)
You see, I'm an attention whore.
That's really the only reason I write in this thing. ;-)
Later, kids.
